Everyone here was polite and very polite.

It was cheap, neat and with good a/c. The hotel met the purpose, I will be back.

Booked a room with good a/c. The location was favourable and marvellous, for example, a cubical shrine was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

the staff was great - we would stay here again without hesitation. the service was excellent, no complaints whatsoever.

We enjoyed the short walk to the Haram from the hotel. Despite some minor cleanliness issues, the staff was quick to resolve them and very friendly. we would recommend this hotel for a convenient stay near the Haram.

Manager helpful, rates amazing, taxi costs 5-10 riyal from Al Haram Gate. Fridges w/water provided. Everything requested given. Workers kind and helpful w/luggage. 24/7 reception great. Washrooms clean.

The location of Al Tawfiq Plaza Hotel in Mecca is absolutely awesome, as it is right next door to all the must-see attractions. This hotel provides a fantastic base for visiting all the places we wanted to see. We really enjoyed our time here.

It was just what we had hoped for.

Will come back, the hotel was clean, and location in the highlights was favourable. There were a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, really enjoyed that. The staff were really good and knew their area.
